The Morso 1440 stove - or the Morso Squirrel convector stove - is a more modern version of the standard or cleanheat squirrel stove. Instead of legs the sides of the stove carry on down, raising the stove quite high off the ground. There are two circular air control vents above and below the square/rectangular window.

Coal inserts make the firebox smaller allowing you to burn less fuel on your Morso Squirrel. Morso Squirrel 1440 convector stove replacement baffle plate. Sometimes the baffle can burn out through misuse - if you burn coal make sure that you do not fill the stove and then open the air vents fully as this will result in the stove getting too hot.
Please note that this baffle is not for the Squirrel fitted with a boiler.
