Like the Dovre 500 the Dovre 700 clean burn woodburner has also been approved by the Department of the Environment for wood burning in a smoke controlled area. This is due to a very effective cleanburn system. It is a heavy cast iron stove with a high kilowatt output -the nominal output for the wood burning model is 11kw and for the multi fuel stove 12kw. The stove has 1 wide door - with airwash to keep the glass clean and give a good view of the fire. The multi fuel stove is available with a fixed grate & it can burn wood, coal or smokeless fuel. It has a side opening door as well - which means you can load long logs into the stove. You will be able to buy different spares for your stove - replacement glass - rope and fixative to help you secure the fire rope.
